10 Ways to Inject Fabulous Colour Into Your Home
Being a lover of bold colour, I am always on the look out for ways in which to add a flash of colour into our home. Whether it’s by up cycling a trestle table in a brilliantly bright colour choice or adding a vibrant throw to the bed, I enjoy mixing up the colour combinations and creating a talking point.

Adding colour into the home doesn’t always have to be extreme. I love how small pops of bright colour can still create as big a statement as painting all the walls for example in a strong colour tone. This way, you can also start small scale and build it up.

Add a individual item of furniture to spark colour into a room.

Consider your accessories to add a shot of colour. For example in the kitchen, you could opt for bright coloured appliances or look to fill glass jars with food in colourful packaging or perhaps you have a bold coloured porcelain piece!

Never forget the flowers! Fresh flowers are a must have - an easy addition which very quickly lifts the mood of the room. Also floral prints really help to create a light hearted, happy feel to the room.

Pay attention to your lighting - a patterned, statement lampshade can very quickly become a major talking point for the room. If you’d prefer to opt for a plain, neutral shade, then why not consider a colourful cord?
